Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and AD Media Hub (“we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the AD Media Hub website, progressive web app, catalog, games and related services (the “Service”).

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter this agreement, and if you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

3. What the Service provides

AD Media Hub is an accessibility-first directory and player. We index audio described films and series across streaming platforms, list podcasts and audiobooks, stream free public-domain and openly licensed audio, and publish accessible games. Third-party titles remain on their own platforms and may require a separate subscription with that provider. Catalog contents change over time and no specific title is guaranteed to remain available.

4. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at admediahub26@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to commit fraud or send spam;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, bypassing rate limits, or scraping our catalog or APIs;
  • share your account credentials, resell access, or redistribute content obtained through the Service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent technical limitations of the Service.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes within the plan you have selected. We retain ownership of the Service and all associated intellectual property, including our software, curation, metadata, documentation and branding. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. Where you submit content (for example support messages or profile details), you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Membership, payment and billing

New members receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required upfront. At the end of the 7-day trial period, access will automatically pause unless you choose to subscribe. Paid subscriptions are offered on a recurring monthly basis at $5.99 per month (plus applicable sales tax or VAT) and renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing screen in the app.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe on our behalf. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout where required. Billing, invoicing, cancellation and refunds are handled by AD Media Hub. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on membership payments, as described in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

AD Media Hub ("we", "us", or "our") is the seller and merchant of record for all memberships. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. AD Media Hub is responsible for billing, refunds and customer support.

8. Independent directory — non-affiliation and no hosting

AD Media Hub is an independent accessibility directory. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Prime Video, Max, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, Pluto TV, Tubi, or any other streaming service, network, studio, podcast or audiobook publisher. We do not host, stream, or redistribute video content from any third-party streaming service; video links direct users to official external platforms. Public domain audiobooks (such as LibriVox) and open podcast RSS feeds are streamed directly within the app under public domain dedications and open syndication standards.

Public domain audiobooks (such as LibriVox) and open podcast RSS feeds are streamed directly within the app under public domain dedications and open syndication standards. Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Prime Video, Max, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, Pluto TV and Tubi, along with all other streaming service, network, podcast, audiobook and title names, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify and describe where audio described content can be found (nominative fair use). AD Media Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

9. Third-party mobile games and app stores

Our “Recommended App Store Games” directory lists third-party mobile games developed by independent creators and available through external app stores such as Apple’s App Store and Google Play. These listings are editorial recommendations only; we do not develop, own, host, distribute or sell these games. Apple Inc., Google LLC, the Apple App Store, Google Play and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify where these games can be found (nominative fair use). AD Media Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any third-party game developer or publisher.

We do not receive payment, commission or other consideration for placing or ordering these recommendations, and placement does not imply endorsement by us or by the listed store or developer. When you follow a link to an external store or game, you leave AD Media Hub and are subject to that store’s and developer’s own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, content, safety, pricing, accessibility or privacy practices of any third-party app, store or developer. Any download, purchase, subscription or dispute arising from a third-party app is solely between you and that store or developer, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from such transactions.

10. Service level

We work hard to keep AD Media Hub available and accessible, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that catalog data will always be complete or accurate. Maintenance, third-party outages and data source changes may affect availability.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination your licence ends; you may request an export of your library data within 30 days, after which data may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the Service and terms

We may update the Service and these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel your subscription.

15. General

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in the State of New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
