1. Who we are
AD Media Hub (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this service. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, which means we decide why and how your personal data is processed. You can reach us at admediahub26@gmail.com.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data — email address, password credentials (stored hashed by our authentication provider), display name and account creation date.
- Service data — your saved library, playback positions, game progress and scores, and preferences you set in the app.
- Support data — the content of emails or messages you send us.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and diagnostic/error reports generated when something goes wrong.
- Subscription status — plan, status, renewal date and provider identifiers received from our payment provider. We do not collect or store your card number.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- Create and operate your account, sync your library and game progress — performance of our contract with you.
- Provide access to paid features and keep subscription status current — performance of our contract and legal obligation (record keeping).
- Security, abuse and fraud prevention, and diagnosing errors — legitimate interests in keeping the service safe and reliable.
- Improving accessibility and product quality using aggregated usage data — legitimate interests.
- Responding to your support requests — legitimate interests and performance of our contract.
- Optional marketing or product update emails, where offered — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Who we share data with
- Payment processing — Stripe. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which receives the personal data needed to take payment, prevent fraud, calculate sales tax/VAT and issue receipts. Stripe processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. AD Media Hub remains the seller and merchant of record for your membership.
- Service providers (processors) — cloud hosting and database providers, authentication providers, email delivery, and error monitoring tooling, acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting and insurance advisers where necessary.
- Authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with data brokers.
When you follow an external link to a third-party app store, game or other website listed in our directory, you leave AD Media Hub and the destination site or store collects data under its own privacy policy, which AD Media Hub does not control. We are not responsible for the data practices of any third-party store, developer or external website.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with the recipient.
6. Retention
We keep account and service data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years) and limited security logs (up to 12 months).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the UK and EEA may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email admediahub26@gmail.com. We respond within one month.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, row-level database access controls, least-privilege access for administrators, and regular review of security findings. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and any regulator where legally required after a breach.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and store offline playback positions. Our payment provider sets cookies during checkout to process your order and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, though signing in will be required again.
10. Children
AD Media Hub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us with data.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
